 Job Description:

Prepare and draw illustrations for reproduction from source data. Verify technical accuracy prior to turning in for quality review. Perform data analysis duties and apply knowledge in cross-referencing and functionalization with minimal supervision, and meet production schedules and input goals.

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:
  • Completed CAD training from technical school
  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent college degree/certification preferred

EXPERIENCE:
  1. Minimum one year technical school and two years CAD experience
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
  1. Basic PC and MS Windows skills.
  2. Proficient in use of CAD program.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Understands and can effectively communicate ISO processes to Company, customer, ISO auditors and representatives.
  • Works independently or with minimal assistance to analyze and interpret source data.
  • Works independently or with minimal assistance to translate source data into illustrations.
  • Adhere to established styles and procedures.
  • Perform detailed analysis and interpretation of source data to understand the impact it should have on the product.
  • Meet and sustain minimum performance (production/quality) standards.
  • Begin to recognize non-conformities in product and make recommendations for corrections.
  • Recognize source data errors and suggest corrections.
  • Meet assigned production schedules and deadlines.
  • Begin to work with and understand other functional groups.
  • Use analytical skills to determine solutions and resolve problems.
  • Review product for the purpose of verifying compliance to applicable procedures and specifications.
  • Compare product to incoming source data for the purpose of verifying technical accuracy.
  • Document any non-conformity found in accordance with established procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
